, feed can be ordered and delivered very quickly and easily in the future. From 25 January 2021, the new version of the BRÖRING ordering app will be available for download in the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.
With the revision of the ordering app, which was first launched in 2016, BRÖRING is reacting to the ever increasing digitalisation within the agricultural industry. "For a few years now, we have been noticing a change in the purchasing and usage behaviour of farmers," reports Rainer Dullweber, Managing Director at BRÖRING. The feed specialist has therefore developed the App aktiv, a solution that makes the process of buying feed even more flexible and efficient.
In the future, there will only be this app for the entire BRÖRING group of companies. It offers customers many new possibilities: For example, several delivery accounts can be added quite easily. Orders can thus be placed, viewed and requested again to different silos. All silos can be set up and managed by the user. An overview of the ordered items can always be viewed.
One of the new main functions of the BRÖRING Order App is that the delivery status can be displayed and tracked at any time. Users can also call up billing and delivery addresses. Completed orders can be created as favourites so that they can be ordered again quickly and easily in the future. In addition, users always have the option of contacting a BRÖRING representative.
One of the main focuses of the app is on easy handling through intuitive user interfaces in order to offer optimal usability. "With the help of the app, farmers are able to carry out the entire process from ordering feed to delivery via their smartphone or tablet at any location," summarises Christoph Herzog, IT specialist at BRÖRING.
A few more functions are planned for the future, such as the provision of delivery notes and the development of a customer centre.
