The DLG (Deutsche Landwirtschafts-Gesellschaft - German Agricultural Society) is postponing EuroTier and EnergyDecentral, which were to be held at the Hanover Exhibition Centre from 17 to 20 November, to 9 to 12 February 2021. In view of the continuing uncertain overall international situation in connection with the corona pandemic, the DLG, as the organiser, does not see any possibility of holding EuroTier and EnergyDecentral in an appropriate form for exhibitors and visitors as leading international trade fairs in November.
The decision to postpone EuroTier and EnergyDecentral was taken in close consultation with the advisory boards of the two trade fairs. "The postponement of EuroTier and EnergyDecentral was not easy for us. As a global meeting place for experts and decision-makers, however, the two leading trade fairs thrive on their internationality - in terms of exhibitors and visitors. They are a meeting place for the entire industry, the primary goal is personal exchange," says Dr. Reinhard Grandke, General Manager of DLG, underlining the importance of EuroTier and EnergyDecentral for the respective industries. "By postponing the event to 9-12 February 2021, we are convinced that we will be able to meet the demands of EuroTier and EnergyDecentral as leading international trade fairs next year, as well as providing our exhibitors and visitors with the necessary planning security".
EuroTier and EnergyDecentral will take place again at the Hannover Exhibition Grounds from 9 to 12 February 2021 and offer visitors a comprehensive exhibition and technical programme covering all aspects of the latest issues in international livestock farming and decentralised energy supply.
