Grain corn is likely to become scarce in Europe. The drought is costing yields and livestock farmers are harvesting the land as silage corn.

Drought stress is affecting corn plants throughout Europe. Market supplies are becoming tight. Grain corn will therefore also end up in the feed trough. A lack of rain is also hampering logistics and delaying rapeseed sowing.
