The PAR brings together Pancosma’s employees and close partners from around the world, where new products and concepts are deployed. Two hundred people from around forty countries constitute this highly diverse network. The Pancosma community exchanges ideas on the latest in product development and animal nutrition with the active participation of some of Pancosma’s renowned scientific network, as well as industry and business partners. With this year’s theme of Unleashing Innovation, the spotlight will focus on the strides that Pancosma has made over the last 7 decades in the field of feed additives, and how its innovative strategies continue to shape its present and future.
The PAR will take place in Evian-les-Bains. This location was chosen as it is close to the origins of the company in Geneva, Switzerland, the heart of the flavor and fragrance industry. Pancosma traces its modest beginnings back to 1947 when it started creating flavors for animal feed. Over the next 70 years, the company diversified its portfolio of products, entering the bioactives and organic trace minerals market, and pioneered several innovative products and concepts.
