Roth, founder and owner of the Phytobiotics Group, Eltville, points to the average seven percent share of turnover that his company invests in research and development every year.
Phytobiotics got its start in 2000 with the Sangrovit® product line. Made from purely natural plant raw materials, Sangrovit® stimulates the appetite and supports the intestinal integrity of farm animals and is successfully used in more than 40 million tonnes of compound feed worldwide.
Currently, Phytobiotics is present in more than 70 countries and has 8 own subsidiaries in the most important markets. Globally networked with practice and science, Phytobiotics nevertheless stands for "Made in Germany".
Development and production at the sites in Eltville at Rhein and Neuendettelsau are at the heart of the specialist for more sustainability in animal nutrition, biogas production and plant cultivation. Last but not least, since its foundation 20 years ago, the company has invested more than 45 million US dollars in the research and development of high-performance products and in the construction of various production facilities at its sites in Germany, China and Brazil.
The product portfolio includes such renowned product lines as Sangrovit®, Plexomin® and Miracol for efficient animal nutrition. In addition, the feed Active D, which naturally supports bone stability and laying performance in poultry with botanical vitamin D, and the colostrum powder Immune Milk, which contributes to the optimal health care of newborns and young animals, have only recently been established on the market. In addition to the numerous products for the animal sector, Phytobiotics also develops, produces and sells performance additives for efficient biogas production, as well as the highly effective trace nutrient fertiliser Green.On.
For entrepreneur Roth, growth is more than a purely quantitative component.
